Voss Family Sneak Peek

We got everything covered with this family session! Maternity, family and little Grayson on his own. I first had the pleasure of photographing Alli and Michael when she was expecting her first baby boy, and now they are preparing for baby boy number 2! A maternity session with kids is a totally different experience than one with just mom and dad. I’m sure Alli would agree! Grayson did awesome though. He has the most adorable smile and gorgeous wavy blonde hair. Such a handsome little guy. I know their next son will be just as handsome and I can’t wait to meet him!

Happy Birthday Avery!

So I know this session is Christmas themed...and this is March, but I chose to share this today because little Avery just celebrated his third birthday!

I am the worst blog-procrastinator. I always rush to get the pictures edited for my clients because I'm always so excited to share them, send them off, and then neglect my poor blog. Thank you so much for those of you who stick around and check out my recent work! It's definitely my goal this year to blog more consistently and share lots more tips and photography knowledge as well as some behind the scenes fun! Let me know in the comments if there are any subjects you'd like me to cover or questions you'd love an answer to, blog style!

But before you do, take a peak at Avery and Amy's Christmas session!

Adventurous, Affectionate, Amusing, Adorable...

...and those are just the A words I'd use to describe my baby boy! He is such an amazing (there's another one) human being already and he's only almost 2. Lincoln Kristopher is the piece of our puzzle we didn't know we were missing. He loves animals, especially his Gussy pup. He gets into everything, all day every day. He's daring, climbs things he shouldn't, explores anything he can get his hands on, but can also cuddle up with a book and be as sweet as pie.

I know we all talk about how fast it goes, wonder where the time has gone and wish to halt our kids' whirlwind childhoods. Obviously I am no different. It makes me sad to recognize how little I can remember of the last 2 years already. So many hours, so many days, get forgotten, discarded by our brains as unimportant. This is why I am so incredibly grateful for pictures. Who would I even be without them?!

My youngest son, my sweet little boy, here are some pictures that I get to hold dear of him at two years old.
