It’s that time of year again — the fields at Pride of the Wapsi are getting ready to burst into golden bloom, and I’m so excited to announce that Sunflower Mini Sessions are officially open for booking!

These sessions are short, sweet, and filled with sunshine. Perfect for families, couples, seniors, or anyone who loves the magic of golden hour among the blooms.

  • Saturday, September 27th

  • 5:00–7:00 PM

  • 15-minute session

  • Pride of the Wapsi in Long Grove, IA

  • Includes 5 edited digital images (with option to purchase more)

  • 💵 $150

Why Sunflower Minis?

There’s nothing quite like the glow of a sunflower field at sunset. The bold colors, the soft light, and the sense of fun make these sessions some of my favorites each year. They’re quick and relaxed, just enough time to capture genuine smiles without the stress of a long session.

A Note About Last Year 🌻

If you followed along, you know that last year’s blooms didn’t come in as expected and the minis had to be canceled. This year, the fields are looking fantastic. I’ve been keeping an eye on Pride of the Wapsi’s updates, and the sunflowers are right on track for a gorgeous September.
