The Voss Family | Extended Family Session

I've been photographing members of the Voss family for years, and it's pretty wild to look back at where we started compared to the crew I get to photograph now.

I first photographed Alli when she was pregnant with Grayson, who would become the very first grandchild in this family. Fast forward a few years, and Grayson is now the oldest of a whole group of grandkids!

This time, we got everyone together for an extended family session with grandparents, their kids, and all those cousins. And as you might expect with this many kids involved, there was plenty of personality to go around. 😂

Of course, we made sure to get the traditional whole-family photos and different groupings, but I also loved capturing the kids together and letting some of their personalities take over. Those photos usually end up being some of my favorites because they show a little more of what this stage of family life actually looks like.

I also loved the purple and blue everyone chose for their outfits. They coordinated without looking overly matched, and the colors photographed beautifully together.

It's always fun getting the Voss family back in front of my camera, but there's something especially cool about realizing I've been around long enough to watch one baby bump turn into an entire group of cousins.
