Lassen Family | Photos on Their Beautiful Property

I’ve had the joy of photographing the Lassen family for the last five years, and every session with them feels like catching up with old friends. This time, we captured memories right on their beautiful property, which made it even more special.

Sawyer and Tucker have grown so much since I first met them, but their playful energy and smiles are still the same. It’s wild to see how much changes (and how much stays perfectly the same) from year to year.

Sarah is a fellow book lover like me, so we’ve gone to The Novel Bloom in Savanna a couple of times together. 10/10 recommend checking it out! She’s mentioned her creative side before, so it was extra fun to see one of her projects in person: the gorgeous orange blanket she and her husband are snuggled up under during the session.
